What really is, the Wild difference and why do you need it?

I've worked in the creative industries for over two decades - advertising, media, insight, into product and service innovation. From the wildly creative, to the strategic.

Ideas are prized, everyone is striving for newness and big, game-changing thinking. It's like crack to big blue-chip businesses needing a constant flow of growth opportunities, to stay ahead, current and relevant.

The reshaping of The Wild Ones has been about bringing this way of thinking to female entrepreneurs, creating high-potential businesses, because right now it's missing from the business consultancy space.

It's the antithesis of traditional business coaching, of selling a roadmap or a set way of doing things, tinkering with tactics... instead a process designed to supercharge impact, growth and even joy.

HERE ARE FOUR KILLER WAYS IT’S SHAPED MY BUSINESS.

REIMAGINING
It's become the core of everything (and the name of my signature way of working). Innovation is about making fresh connections, using what you have in new and different ways. Reframing opportunity, stretching things, fresh eyes and new ideas... this is the way we approach everything.

COLLABORATIVE SPRINTS
Innovation relies on momentum, so we work in Sprints, with an intense focus on just your business. The strategy sprint at the start of any engagement is carefully planned over 4-6 weeks, with space for strategic rigour, new inputs, frameworks for creative thinking and ideas. Critically we go all-in together as equals.

STRATEGIC STRETCH
If you don't have a big, stretchy mission in the world, you don't need strategy. So we first create the stretch that lights a fire and makes everyone think bigger. What you want to create, change, impact... in the biggest way.

CREATIVE PLAYFULNESS
Once you have a tight strategic focus, you have to inject playfulness. It's great that you know your audience and your own product so well, now we'll explode that and dip into big cultural shifts and wider category dynamics (strap in for the random, that's the point). The new, emergent and thought-provoking.

A beautiful marriage of strategic rigour and creative playfulness. The recipe for game-changing ideas.
