A six month Brand and Business Accelerator. You’ll work 1:1 with Emma on creating the brand strategy that will help you claim a high value / high opportunity space in your category, capable of lighting fires. We’ll support you in activating it in the most extra way possible, with the perfect combination of 1:1 check-ins and the energy of the group.

THERE ARE Four key elements to the programme

THE SPRINT, 1:1

We’ll do this together before you even hit the group. Three weeks deep in your business and your ambition, to get to the opportunity and strategy.

1:1 CHECK-INS

Across the six months, we’ll check-in 1:1 fortnightly, to ensure you’re on-track and leaning into the stretch of the new positioning.

GROUP WORKSHOPS

You’ll leverage the energy, ideas and experiences of the group, in monthly workshop sessions, to workshop and brainstorm ways to activate your ideas.

THE DISRUPTION SESSIONS

Monthly group experiences, designed to explode the way you’re thinking about your business. We’re learn from trendspotters to brands like Oatly and Soho House.

A powerful strategic stepchange requires an honest look at the gap between where you are and where you want to be and fresh eyes on the equities you have to get you there.

It gives us a clear ‘strategic job to be done’ and then we can get creative looking at how we position you and your business to land that space in a way that feels exciting, wildly different, with just the right amount of stretch.

 

Your 1:1 Sprint

You’re so close to it all, it’s hard to see the opportunity you’re missing. This is your chance to be the client in a strategy agency. You spend time thinking and reflecting, while we do the doing.

  • x2 90min Strategy Sessions

  • I’ll work on the outputs independently

  • I’ll present back Your Strategic Blueprint

This will be your north-star for the accelerator and beyond. A written summation of the brand strategy that will reposition you for more.

The Disruption Sessions. Monthly Group Experiences focused on blowing up your frame of reference. We’ll go deep on topics like fandom, customer experience design… hearing from brands like Soho House, Nike and Oatly.

The Workshops. Monthly Group Ideation sessions focused on how we stretch our activation ideas further. Bring your ideas, experiences, burning questions and wild thoughts.

The Wild Society group will be ongoing, with limited numbers of people dropping in each month, after their 1:1 Sprint.

We kick things off this September with a maximum of six spots. We’re operating a wait-list for bookings until the end of the year.
