  • DAY TWO: TUESDAY (12PM GMT)

    Another 60 min today, with a 40 min training session and 20 mins for Q&A / hot-seats.

    • How to follow the value in a category.

    • Leveraging your brand strategy to reposition yourself.

    • The strategic stretch. What, why and how.

    • Your homework.

  • DAY THREE: WEDNESDAY (12PM GMT)

    TITLE: THE ART OF DISRUPTION.

    60 min session, split 20 : 30 : 10.

    • 20: We’ll talk you through the framework we use for carving out a disruptive space for your brand.

    • 30: Trends briefing from a cultural expert. The macro trends shaping your category, your client’s world and future opportunity.

    • 10: Informal Q&A. Playing with the trends and their implications.

    • Your homework.

  • DAY FOUR: THURSDAY (12PM GMT)

    TITLE: UNICORNS IN THE WILD.

    Think of this as a palette cleanser. Space to think through the training so far and an opportunity to chat through how it looks in action with real brands and businesses.

    Space for hot-seats and informal Q&A.

  • DAY FIVE: FRIDAY (12PM GMT)

    TITLE: FROM VISIONS TO ACTION.

    We’ll share the six spaces of your business model for how we think about ‘activation’, covering everything from your business model, to personal brand, to marketing and the creation of assets.

    For anyone wanting to go all in on this and take action over the summer, we’ll be going the doors to our Disruption Accelerator.

  • 06 - ASSETS

    Assets are our love language and so they also get their own special mention. Throughout this work, we’ll be on the lookout for anything that can be made into an asset or a piece of intellectual property - ways of working, your point of view, any resources you use… trademarks, branded phrases, playbooks and visuals.

    We will obsess over you building proper value.
